Callum cooked our 8 friends and us an exceptional meal of varied and imaginative dishes. He spent many hours beforehand planning the menu with us to suit everyone’s dietary requirements and tastes. He also made sure that he could source most of the ingredients locally. Before each course Callum explained to us in detail what was in each dish and the origin of the ingredients.
