I have always had fantastic experience with their customer service and appreciate how transparent they are about their manufacturing. Their products are amazing and such high quality: they really do last! This company is clearly a labour of love and it shows throughout every aspect of their business. I'm always happy to throw money at them, but it is easy to do with their lovely offerings! I like getting their emails because I feel like I'm part of a family, not a targeted consumer, even though I know they are a business. There is such a personal touch in everything they do. It has been a while since I've ordered but only because everything lasts so long and I stock up during their sales! I hope they are around forever.
