I ordered a wheelbarrow on December 15 with next-day delivery. I had to email on December 17 to check on the order. There was apparently an error. I requested a different color to be delivered by December 24, but received no response and no wheelbarrow. I later got an email from another representative stating it would arrive on December 29/30. Still no wheelbarrow. I requested a refund and have not heard back. I had to initiate a transaction dispute with my credit card provider. This has been a total waste of time with the worst customer support. AVOID if you value your time and want to receive a product!
