This review relates to the workshop only, sales is fine.We took a bike in for some work to be carried out, this was done promptly. When picked up the mechanic was very dismissive of our concerns and patronising in his manner. When asked for guidance he insinuated that the problem was us and not the bike.We have been cyclist for many years, the problem was definitely the bike, but he wouldn't listen.Have been put off returning after being a customer for many years.
