Ordered a wheelset, and the rear wheel was not quite what I needed. Prompt, regular and helpful communication, both before purchasing and more importantly after purchasing and having an issue. Post purchase communication was followed by an offer to replace the wheel and sort things out. After returning the wheel, a replacement and bits were shipped same day as they recieved the returned package and wheel replacement was received the next day.
