This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with. I almost canceled my order after waiting weeks longer than expected, but they convinced me to stick with it, which I regret. Communication is terrible; responses take days or never come at all. When I finally received my order, it was missing hardware, had un-drilled holes, and the overall quality was poor. I've been trying to initiate a return for two days, but I doubt I'll get a response. I'm hesitant to ship it back, fearing I'll lose both the product and my money. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company.
