I ordered a scooter, paid with Klarna. Shortly after I was emailed saying that this scooter isn't in stock now and suggestion of either refund or to choose another scooter and have discount. I chose refund, order was cancelled, but information about it didn't reach Klarna within next day, so I initiated return in Klarna to avoid having all this debt.Further... I still need a scooter, so after some search around I realized that I might buy another one in this shop. I placed a new order of another scooter, order got accepted, but money got sent from Klarna, but here strange things started. Neither further processing of my order, nor replies on my emails (and even message in Instagram). I'm dissatisfied by the speed of work of this shop. Want my refund for the second order and really wouldn't recommend dealing with this shop (no physical shop, no way to get a grip over them either than online communication, shady...)
