My experience with When Push comes to Shove was second to none. A beautifully set out 4 day course, easy to follow and kept a good pace. All are classes recorded if you can't make a live. Nickita and Angela have a wealth of knowledge between them, this is the perfect introduction Doula/Birth Keeper course. They take you through all you need to know about the Birth physiology, Nutrition, how to support Women in Labour, navigating the system and so much more. A wonderful course packed full of information on actually on what a Doula's role is and isn't. Loved the spiritual side of this course, covering personal development your belief system, past trauma and they guide you through the emotion and passion that we are constantly going through.
