Thought I’d give Whiffy a go as they had some pretty reasonable pricing, so thought I’d try them out, oh boy, do I regret this.
Upon receiving my package, the parcel itself was sent in the most flimsy box that had gotten damaged in transit, and upon opening it no care was taken whatsoever no bubble wrap or protection, just a small amount of paper which I’m very surprised didn’t damage anything as you are shipping glass products.

Now let’s move onto the bigger problem, I ordered 2 fragrances, 1 Vulcan Feu, and 1 Rayhaan Lion, I’m convinced I’ve gotten an off batch or it had been sitting around exposed to heat as the tops notes have almost evaporated, it smells very weak, I’ve got a bottle that I’ve finished that smells very strong and projects well, this new one smells like paint or cleaning product, the two smell very different, they seemed apologetic about the damage to the parcel, but no care or regards to the fragrance, claim they think it’s been reformulated, nor effort or endeavor to solve the problem, which was really disappointing.
Told them I wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t be using them again, as they lack customer service skills and show no regard for the issue whatsoever

Their response to this was to ignore me, and also IP Banned me from their website, every time I search from my WiFi it loops, but when I search from another WiFi connection or data it shows up.
How petty do you have to be, to resort to retaliatory behavior all because there was two issues that you needed to rectify, and weren’t willing to resolve, you are literally asking for a lawsuit to come your way, selling knock off and fake fragrances is a breach of the fair trading act 1986, which is up to a $150,000 fine, and 5 years imprisonment, good luck. Avoid this company all together!
