Ordered bottles and samples online. A week went by with no updates so sent an email as the order included a gift I wanted to ensure would arrive in time. No response, but the day after I got an automated shipping notification - ok fine.Shipment came, but the two samples I ordered were missing. Also it ultimately did not arrive in time for the intended gift. Annoying but ok, mistakes happen.So emailed again to mention the missing items and enquire about a return. Once again no response or acknowledgement of my email whatsoever, leaving me out of pocket for the samples I never received.Things going wrong is one thing, I would not have left a negative review just because of that. But not acknowledging or responding to emails is not acceptable. Will not buy from here again.
