I ordered a paper cutter from Whitaker Brothers. The staff emailed shortly after asking specifics on shipping and tge company where the equipment would be delivered. All in all I have received 3/4 emails so far and the equipment hasn’t even been shipped yet. I just want to say I am impressed with your customer service so far. That is something that has definitely gone to the wayside by many companies. I have another major purchase to make and wanted to wait and see if I would order it from your company.
