Shoddy product, terrible customer serviceBought one of their folding knives and a screw fell out of it, inside their warranty. Tried to contact them repeatedly, just to get a screw I could put in myself, get the knife fixed, whatever. No contact from them at all after multiple emails to their customer serviceJust no reply. At all. The knife is dangerous to have on my key ring now as the blade is loose. Wouldn't give them a penny of my money in future. Absolute trash.
