After owning my Leatherman Wave for approx 15 years and being in near constant use in the harshest of environments the blade on the tool snapped. I emailed Whitby & Co in the hope that my tool could be repaired. After following their simple return process sent to me by Angela, I could not believe my eyes as within a few weeks I received a brand new Leatherman Wave + !!! Not only was this totally unexpected, but an upgrade on my original model. I was over the moon, if only other companies took a leaf out of their customer services !! Thank you thank you thank you…..
