I recieved a voicemail and email from a very snotty tracy nelson with attitude that is udnermining and disrespectful insinuating I had not paid my rent. In over 5 years I have never missed a single rent payment. I also did not miss this one. It was paid on a friday, incompetence and rude attitude. Persisted with and 'i will now be sending the landlord a email saying you havnt paid your rent', i hate attitude from people who clearly have 'I am better than you' personality traits.

Disappointing experience with the seller and the service

After extensive negotiations with the seller through the service, we reached an agreement on the price. Following a survey, some issues were raised, which I communicated to the service and the seller to seek their input and find a resolution. However, the seller canceled the sale and relisted the property at £10k more than our agreed price, which was already £5k above the initial listing. I am shocked that an agent would endorse such conduct, seemingly to relist the property. This is unacceptable, and I am the only one suffering financially as the potential buyer. Additionally, they included a clause requiring a payment of £996 to an agent for the sale to proceed, claiming they would provide searches for this fee, which no solicitor other than theirs would accept. This feels like a complete scam.

Highly recommend the service

We worked with a representative from the local branch after trying three previous agents. The representative was assertive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with great communication skills. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson who patiently answered all my questions. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Thank you!

Terrible experience

A truly horrendous experience. I applied for a property but was rejected. When I tried to discuss it, the responses were rude. Even when my parents, who pay my rent due to my disability, tried to discuss it, the staff remained rude and unprofessional.
