Story so far ..... Account has been locked out for 4 days now due to a "standard account review" and they can't (or won't) tell me how long the account will be locked for. All sites belonging to White Hat that we have are locked so can't play anywhere! Was using slots to pass time while recovering from an operation (don't do TV), took advantage of one of the hundreds of bonus offers they send via email and play minimum bets on slots to try and wager the bonus. Locked out suddenly, bonus offers stopped, customer service can't help or give information. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a business treating customers in this way. Will be closing all accounts once the email is finally received, will update this review when we find out the reason and explanation. Will be updating reviews on all sites possible with this information - DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANY WHITE HAT CASINOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
