Bait n switch operation. I had actually used them successfully once before to track down an old college buddy, but in the last couple months they started sending email notices like Criminal Update (with my friend’s full name and middle initial) so I paid the one-time $19.95 to check it out. They apparently mixed into that report some other guy with a different middle initial. What a scam!! Classic Bait n Switch!! But their online customer service only has tables of standard questions, no complaint resolution. So my opinion of the company went to hell. Had to call my bank to report the fraud.
