I'm not sure the phone numbers and email addresses they provide are accurate. Never been able to reach someone I had looked up, using the info I got from them. The info I got from them about a person was actually also available for free elsewhere. On the positive side, they refunded me when requested. However, making the request involved writing them an email, I wasn't able to just unsubscribe in PayPal.
