I used this company the first time I moved. Great. The second time, they dropped the ball left and right. Made my already stressful move a nightmare. Carl from customer service was nice but didn't follow through. Maya got on the phone and was a complete won't-say-the-word. Would not recommend, and will definitely not use again. Ultimately, they agreed to honoring a certain cubic square footage yet couldn't confirm anything with the moving company. Way too much of a hassle with very little help. Try them, but don't be surprised when you're disappointed.UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: No, it didn't. You failed to document the inventory, so that was an internal error. Just call it what it is.
