Booked a connecting flight for a trip, 1 month and 6 days before we are due to go they moved their flight bringing it forward by 2 FULL DAYS. So we have lost our first leg or are stranded with no means of getting to our destination. When we try to get a refund page just says there has been a schedule change and doesn’t allow us to progress refund.How they think a 2 days flight change can just be absorbed by travellers is beyond me. Even allowing for flight slots only being confirmed by airports 3 months in advance such a drastic move 5 weeks out is farcical
