Cancelled our flights and to rebook it…

Cancelled our flights and to rebook it within 90 days for a future flight. No cash refund and then they gave options to re book a flight and in coversation they booked the outbound without giving the option on the inbound. When we realised those dates not work they say already outbound booked no refund. Lost it all. Cannot fly with them again complete jokes.
