The customer booking process is a scam from start to finish that pushes the envelope of legal and regulatory frameworks to extract every penny from customers and offer nothing but stress in return.Example: what level of customer service would you like? Basic = £23, platinum (wtaf) = £30+ or nothing = £0 + £29 admin fee!!!!And the list goes on and on, fees for sms messages, checking in, umpteen charges for bags, etc.Ask yourself... Do you trust a pilot and cabin crew that choose to work for auch a dispicable company?I dont... And i will never do business with them again.
