We have used woodcocks Haworth & Nuttall three times for house sales and purchases, Michaela has handled our case each time and each time the service has been excellent. Most recently the last sale was very difficult mostly due to delays caused by the conveyancer being used by our buyer. Michaela was always able to keep us updated, pressed the other side for answers and progress, and any responses needed by her were dealt with the same day or early the next day if they arrived late.
