Used these solicitors for business with Land Registry dealings and personal for Bereavement, land registry & possible inheritance 3rd party claim and they’ve been fantastic in all aspects. Fees tend not to come into play for legal issues but in fairness their fees are very reasonable. Each solicitor I’ve dealt with has been very professional but also very approachable and easy to talk to and more importantly easy to communicate with. Very prompt service.

I needed services for the sale of my flat. I am very happy with the service provided by Jennifer and WHN as a whole. Communication was excellent, were understanding of my concerns and stresses during the sale process. I never felt like I wasn’t being listened to or I wasn’t getting a response. My past experiences with other solicitors and speaking to other people about their solicitors have been less than ideal for example how sometimes it has been hard to get a response from their solicitors and it can get really frustrating, which I have experienced in the past. But I never felt that way during this process. I felt Jennifer always got back to me in an efficient and timely manner and was on top of everything. Also they were knowledgeable about the complexities of property exchanges and in my case also complex mortgage. Despite all the stresses of the selling process that occurred I was extremely happy with the service provided by Jennifer and WHN throughout. Also thank you to Mathew Simkin and Stacey Power who helped deal with stuff during the periods Jennifer was on leave, they both dealt with things in a similarly professional and efficient manner and didn't miss a beat, which was greatly appreciated.
