This is the second time I've personally used WHN for property services, and I'm continuing to do so for an upcoming purchase. I coudn't recommend them highly enough - I've worked with Jennifer, and most recently Stacey who I have found to be efficient and friendly, taking the time to answer any questions that come up as well as ensuring a smooth process.
Worst experience. We are currently using this firm for a property conveyance in Manchester, and the solicitor has been extremely difficult to reach. Emails often go unanswered unless chased multiple times. Communication is very poor, and there has been little transparency on the progress of the case. They even recorded the wrong property address, which delayed the process by three weeks—something I only discovered after calling myself. Overall irresponsible and inaccurate. Definitely would not recommend.
Carl and Lyndsey were exceptionally helpful in what proved to be a tricky closure. Patience, courtesy, knowing their stuff and quiet efficiency got things done. In a world of hard sell and additional fees they absorbed all our requests. Highly recommended.
