Unfortunately, my experience ordering was quite unsatisfactory. It seems great for local customers, but I ordered in October for a birthday gift in late November, and it couldn't be tracked. The parcel was returned due to being too heavy, and I had to choose a new shopping method as I wanted to gift the items for Christmas. Now, my parcel is still somewhere in the UK - a very poor experience, to be honest.
