After a couple of weeks, I did experience static in the left HA. Matt told me where to send it in so the electronics package could be replaced. Sent them in, no charge for freight. Got the HA back, works perfectly, no static. On every call, Matt is upbeat, friendly and VERY professional. He really knows his stuff. I'd almost dream up a problem just so I could work with him again!! You can not go wrong with WHD.
