I ordered and paid for two cases of bamboo cutting boards (12 units per case). I received one case that had 4 units and did not receive the second box.I contacted them about the shortage and they claim I was trying to commit fraud. I submitted a video of me opening the sealed box and they claim I opened the side to remove boards, which is completely untrue and have a witness (my wife) who took the video.They refuse to send the second box that I paid for so I am out $170+ for something I never received. In addition, the supervisor Mark, who called me was verbally abusive and threatened to call the police about “fraud” on my part. When I welcomed him to call the police, he continued to be abusive.I plan on filing a complaint with the NYS fraud department in hopes I can get the money back for product never received.Do not do business with this company…they are unscrupulous in their practices..
