When negotiating outside of the auction was told a £4800 fee would need to be paid within 3 hours of an offer being accepted. I got the distinct feeling that rather than negotiate a sale for the seller, they just wanted to take their fee and remove themselves from the sale. I had to chase to get a reply to an email offer I had made only to be informed that the property was sold.When I queried the sale price, I was told they would not disclose this even though there is no legal requirement not to disclose it!Just like a lot of these sudden modern method auction sellers, their attitudes, customer service and sales negotiations leave a lot to be desired! They are on par with most estate agents in the uk currently if not one step belowI will not be buying or selling with them in the future based on my first and last interaction with them!
