The shipping was great — the order showed up exactly when they said it would. The earpads themselves didn’t work out for me. On the Sony XM6, the speaker housing sticks out a bit, and with the padding being fairly thin, my ears ended up touching it and getting sore.What I really want to mention, though, is their customer service. They refunded me right away without me even asking, and they were very friendly about it. Even though the product wasn’t a match for me, the way they handled it was excellent.
