The nicest and most loving experience ever!I bought a brand new headset called Audeze Maxwell, and these are known for being very uncomfortable, because the pads are too small and the weight is over 500gI watched many videos of how to make them more comfortable, and WC kept coming up. So I bought some StealthZ pads and a new much wider strap. But but but. When I got the headset, there was a sound fault, and I decided to return them, because it wasn’t going to betterI asked if I could cancel the order for the pads etc, but they were already in transit. Fair enough! After a very nice and relaxing conversation, i was able to get the money for the pads and strap, even without the need to sending them back! All because my shipping costs would be over half the price of both products! Megan (the support person), decided that even when they didn’t get the product back, they would pay me back anyway. Mega nice company, won’t be last time I’ll be buying from them
