took 11 days from date of purchase for the pillows to even be shipped.when the packages arrived, there was a heavy smell of smoke about the amazon packages and the plastic packaging. would have been a better rating if the package didn't smell of smoke, I'm glad the pillows didn't smell..the steelseries nova pro wireless cushions fit very well for slightly larger ears because they are such deep cushions. very satisfied except for the smell as mentioned above.returning customer for sure in the future
