I had an issue and they resolved it quickly!I ordered their gel gaming earpads and during shipment I purchased the new Nova Artics Pro Wireless headset but was disappointed to find out that they are incompatible with the earpads I ordered.So I contacted support with the hope to return them and get store credit so that I may buy in the future the new earpads that support them. They straight up fully refunded my purchase while contacting me (almost immediately) that they cannot send back the order but I was free to offer the earpads to whoever needed them.Really above and beyond service. I deeply appreciate it and will be a loyal customer!
