I bought one item years ago for a nephew, and despite him graduating from university, I still receive unsolicited emails. Unsubscribing is utterly impossible. Each time I receive an email (at least weekly), I unsubscribe, but they keep coming as regular as clockwork. This needs to be resolved; it’s very annoying.
