There was a delay with Royal Mail, and tracking showed the order was received in one location before being sent elsewhere, where it sat for four days! I contacted the service, and they promptly initiated a Royal Mail investigation. They emailed me within about 20 minutes to inform me that Royal Mail wouldn’t declare it missing for another three days. They tracked the order regularly, and two days later, it arrived intact. Although the delay wasn’t their fault, they acted quickly and even refunded the postage. Outstanding customer care and great products. I’ve used them before without issues and will continue to do so.
