Ok so I got my son a few things from them and they replaced the tornado lamp but the great. The LED gloves of course one work the other doesn't. Then the light trick comes with two thumbs with light on the tip one worked the other didn't. Now we have two more gift to open from wicked uncle and I really hate to see my son not happy with the gifts he couldn't wait to open. I don't like to be a pest so I just went to another web site and ordered him some more LED gloves. Customer service is the best in the world they called me to resolve the issue with everything. Very professional. Very helpful.
