Outstanding customer service!My son's grandmother ordered and purchased a toy for his birthday. Unfortunately the toy was faulty. Within hours of an email informing Wickeduncle of the fault, they had posted a new one directly to my son i.e. to a different address. The replacements arrived the next day, but unfortunately it also has the same fault. Another quick email to WickedUncle brought an immediate response explaining the potential issue which had already been raised with the supplier and a 3rd toy put straight in the post. I am keeping fingers crossed that toy number 3 will be ok but in the meantime we have been extremely impressed by the superior level of customer service.
