My son recieved a gift sent via WickedUncle for Christmas.Unfotunately the item had a small defect. As I had not ordered the item, but it had been sent straight to us, I did not know what the customer services could do.I shouldn't have worried though, as the packing label on the delivery box had the order reference on it. I was able to give that to customer services so they could find the order. I explained the fault, and they said no worries, email them a photo of the fault, and they would deal with it.Within 5 minutes of me emailing them the requested photo, they had acknowledged it, recognised the fault, and had shipped out a replacement.I could not fault WickedUncle's customer services at all, how I wish all online shopping was like this, especially where I hadn't bought the item myself, and it was a gift.
