I came across Wicked Uncle by chance when looking for a present for my 7 year old nephew. I live in Asia so buying online is much easier for me but it can often feel a bit risky. However, I found a couple of great gifts and chose the gift wrapping option - my sister told me the presents were very nicely wrapped. My nephew especially loved his dinosaur pillow case which you can colour in yourself. Only problem was, he left the tops off the pens overnight! I emailed Wicked Uncle asking if I could buy the pens separately and at first they said sorry, but they weren't stocking them. However, shortly after I received another email from their customer service team saying they'd sourced a packet of the pens and had shipped them off to my nephew. They'd even included a nice little message to him - and this was all without me even telling them his details - they just found us in the system and sent them straight out. Truly great customer service! I've shopped again with them since for his 10 year old brother's birthday and he too loved his presents.
