Our latest experience with Wicked Uncle has been trying to resolve the issue where they have so far refused to address the product which was not fit for purpose. I asked them to escalate the matter, and told them that I thought their previous response had been rude and abrupt. I'll let others decide if they agree with my opinion... "We shan’t be providing you with any further compensation. We hope you have a lovely festive season."Anyway, their further response was: "Your comments are totally unacceptable. You did not buy this product and have no right whatsoever to make any demand. We therefore decline to have any further dealings with you."No, I didn't buy this product. It was a gift to our then 6-year-old son (from a friend that we don't want to upset) of a product that was not fit for purpose. And I have made no "demands", merely a request that the matter be escalated so I can discuss with someone who will have a grown-up, customer-friendly conversation about the issues with the failed product and the shockingly bad "customer service".I think it's important that other customers know how this company treats people, so they can make up their own minds before purchasing gifts for the people they care about.
