I bought a necklace gift set; it comes with an oyster clam that you open up yourself to get a pearl and a necklace pendent in the shape of a turtle. I absolutely love it. The locking mechanism on the chain broke after only a month. I emailed asking if I would be able to get a replacement. They asked for photos, I provided them and within 3 days, I had a replacement necklace chain delivered to the door and it is still working after 2 months. I'm very grateful to them for doing so and I wear it every day :)
