I ordered two cushions for my den. The color was not the way the website depicted it. I contacted your customer service person and was told I could mail them back using Fed Ex or DHL. I repackaged the cushions and brought them to FedEx. The cost to ship them back to the United Kingdom was $700. I came home and phoned your customer service again and asked if you could please send me a shipping label and I would pay what your corporate charge would be. You kindly did this for me. I am so grateful
