If you fly with this airline, forget your luggage. Flying on 23/12 to Bergen in a plane occupied by 30 passengers and the airline loaded only 6-7 luggages on the plane without an explanation. It is 24/12 and still no updates on the luggage. All shops are closed here, outside its raining, snowy, super cold and all clothes and boots are in the lost luggage. Chat also replies very generic. Handling desk at the airport is closed but who cares, let visitors spend Christmas without nothing. Regret that i did not take the train. I have boycotted this airline in all sites and to everyone i know. You have ruined my christmas.
