On 8 June 2023 I got information about compensation for cancelled flight of 13 Feb 2023. Wideroe confirmed: "Based on current guidelines we will compensate for the event with 250EUR. The amount will be transferred to your account within a few working days." Since that no action, no money was transferred to my account and Widerøe Claims is not responding to any e-mails.Update 8.9.: shortly after review was published Wideroe again confirmed compensation, few days later payment arrived on my account.
