I have three cashbacks recorded. Two of them have been stuck in “pending” status for over eight months, and one was denied without any explanation. I received the order, didn’t return anything, and didn’t use any promo code for that purchase. I also placed the order directly through the app on my phone, so there shouldn’t be any tracking issues. I submitted a complaint, and they simply replied that my claim was denied and that I couldn’t respond anymore. What a terrible service; it feels like a scam.
