My €1150 was taken by the platform

Yesterday, I purchased 4 vouchers worth €1000 and 3 vouchers worth €150. Today, when I logged into my account to check my vouchers, I found that I had been permanently banned without any explanation. How is this even possible? Does this mean my money was simply taken? I never received an email or notification that my account was closed. Nobody reached out to explain what happened. I now have no access to the €1150 I spent, which is a significant amount of money. It truly feels like my funds were just taken from me. I demand a clear explanation and, most importantly, the return of my €1150.
