I was defrauded by this site. I paid €200 for a gift card and never received it. They requested my identification and proof of the bank transaction, which I submitted nearly a week ago. Since then, I have received no gift card, no refund, and no adequate response. They are retaining my money and personal documents without any explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this site.
