I initially wanted to order a box of salmon and found the process very straightforward. However, after a month, I was unexpectedly charged again for what was labeled as a monthly membership fee. I only intended to purchase one box. It seems they have a system in place to charge customers monthly without consent or awareness. When I requested a refund, they refused, offering insincere assistance and acting like scammers. The salmon was good, but I will not be returning to this service.
