In February, Expecting an order, I received an e-mail from Wild Alask telling me there seemed to be a delay in my order they were checking into.. instructions were given what to do if the order started to thaw or any other issue.
I received the box the next morning. Everything was perfect and I let customer service know. Within a couple of days I received an email following up. I actually felt cared about as a customer.
The quality of the food has been amazing. I thought I did not like fresh salmon! I was Wrong!
The new cookbook is a delight in stories and recipes!
I should add, I let the company know I may not be able to continue as the box was left at the top of my drive and I could not wheel my chair up and had to get help. The next order, and all since has been left at my door!!
