My review mirrors Tim's sentiments. I just dug into my 10lbs order and it tasted bland and unimpressive. Frankly it tastes like "Atlantic" farm raised salmon and I make no apologies for my review since I'm now left with 9lbs of bland salmon and I've been eating Alaskan Salmon weekly for 15+ years. I'd like to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and assume they just aren't freezing the fish properly but who the heck really knows?
