Misha's Silks class - couldn't do all the moves Misha had planned for the class but wasn't made to feel 'bad', Misha gave me an alternative to work on to build up my strength. I'll get there. It's not easy, but a challenge and if I can look half as good as Misha - WOWSER. A well paced, entertaining, thought provoking, enjoyable hour. Can't wait for the next session. Thanks Mish!
